On September 20th Passaic County CASA held its annual Voices for Children Gala at the Preakness Hills Country Club in Wayne. The event honored Paterson residents Karen Walker and the late Charles Walker for their extraordinary commitment to sheltering and advocating on behalf of children in the foster care system.

Executive Women of New Jersey Released Its Biennial A Seat at the Table Honor Roll of New Jersey’s Top Public Companies with 3 or More Women on Their Boards
Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ), the state’s leading senior-level executive women’s organization committed to increasing the number of women in top corporate leadership, released its biennial A Seat at the Table Honor Roll, a list of New Jersey public companies with 3 or more women on their boards. This list is part of EWNJ’s efforts to ensure that women have equal access to the boardroom and high-level executive leadership.

Cornbread Co-Founders Adenah Bayoh & Zadie B. Smith Hosted the Grand Opening of the “Cornbread” Restaurant in Partnership with Walmart in Pittsburgh
On July 5th, Walmart executives joined Cornbread Co-Founders Adenah Bayoh and Zadie B. Smith to cut the ribbon on the Cornbread restaurant in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania’s Walmart. The event also commemorated the expansion of the restaurant into Pennsylvania and the partnership between Walmart and Cornbread, which includes the opening of 2 additional Cornbread locations in Walmart stores in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Essex County Surrogate’s Court New Website
We recently created and launched a new website for The Surrogate’s Court of Essex County.The office exists primarily to serve as a resource for Essex County residents throughout a number of life transitions. They are responsible for validating wills, appointing administrators for those who die without Wills, and reviewing and assisting with the documentation surrounding adoption and adult guardianship.
Dr. Rachel Wellner’s New Website
Rachel Wellner is an accomplished surgeon who specialized in the care and treatment of breast cancer patients. TDG designed and created a new website for her that establishes her expertise and thought leadership in her field, creating an effective platform for her to continue to provide resources and education for breast cancer patients.
