New Jersey Redevelopment Authority

The New Jersey Redevelopment Authority (NJRA) is a multi-million dollar independent financing authority created by the state of New Jersey to transform urban communities through direct investment and technical support. NJRA has used its financial resources to leverage nearly $4 billion in new investments, helping to redevelop some of New Jersey’s most economically challenged neighborhoods. NJRA has committed nearly half a billion dollars in direct investments, which led to the creation of over 15,000 new housing units and 10 million sf of commercial and retail space. The authority has helped to transform cities like Newark and Camden, and improve the quality of life for thousands of residents.

Public Relations Highlights

NJRA is active across the state so it is imperative that media materials have a high dispersal rate. We pursue and secure statewide media coverage that advances NJRA’s brand awareness and promotes CEO and President Leslie Anderson’s industry expertise.
