Partners In Care has launched Syzygy, a monthly newsletter that will serve to create an informed and effective provider network. The newsletter will feature Urgent ACO Updates that are time sensitive and pertinent to the physician practices, Medicare news that will affect physicians or patients, and a Clinical Corner, where patients and physicians can connect with the Clinical Care Team to develop a specific plan of care.
